Our mission
APDC's mission is to support peace, human dignity, public awareness, community development, and responsible humanitarian action through local leadership, advocacy, communication, and partnership.
This language is presented as a public-facing mission statement and may be refined later with APDC's final approved wording.

APDC is based in Fizi, in South Kivu province, eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. Specific community locations and beneficiary details are not published in order to protect the safety, dignity, and privacy of the people we work with.
